Disaster Recovery and Redundancy Operations

In today's day and age, it is difficult to believe that many contact centers have no back-up system or off-site disaster avoidance capability. AbilityOne offers you off-site disaster recovery options through our access to advanced contact center technology and productive agents. In this option, an operation is implemented at an alternate site by an AbilityOne nonprofit agency. Additional technology access is offered to your own staff in the case that your site experiences a disaster. The cost for this access is dramatically less than typical contact center offerings due to our approach. Our state-of-the-art technology allows your agents to log in to our system from our location or any location of your choice based on the design. In this manner, you remain operational during the disaster and have immediate access to capacity once your agents are available to re-join the operation.

The high level benefits of our disaster recovery and redundancy operation solution are:

  • Access to modernized technology with faster acquisition turnaround times
  • Design and implementation expertise
  • Flexible design offerings for off-site agents and "surge" staffing for emergency "spikes"
  • Access to multiple regions with AbilityOne non-profits across the United States
  • Multiple languages and dialects across the United States to handle disaster calls
