Patricia Briscoe
Deputy Director, Business Operations, Pricing and Information Management
Patricia Briscoe is the Deputy Director, Business Operations for Pricing and Information Management for the Commission. She is responsible for researching and reviewing all AbilityOne products and services prices and price-related issues, managing the AbilityOne® Impasse Process and information management flow processes.
Prior to her employment with the Commission, Ms. Briscoe worked as an Auditor with the Department of Veteran's Administration, Defense Contract Audit Agency, Federal Elections Commission, and the Internal Revenue Service. Her field of knowledge and experience include real estate acquisitions and partnerships, political groups operations, federal taxation, and federal and commercial contracts and procurement.
She has over 10 years experience in the nonprofit environment. She started a nonprofit agency that provided housing assistance and counseling services to low-income individuals. She held the position as the founding Executive Director and Special Assistant to the Executive Director at another nonprofit agency.
Ms. Briscoe also worked as an independent Business Consultant. She provided strategic leadership and organizational structure realignment services to commercial firms.
Ms. Briscoe holds a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) degree from the University of Central Michigan. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Data Processing from the Community College of the Air Force. She has also held an Enrolled Agent certification with the Internal Revenue Service.
