Patricia Briscoe
Deputy Director, Business Operations
Patricia Briscoe is the deputy director for the Pricing and Information Management for the Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled. She is responsible for researching and reviewing all pricing and pricing related issues, managing the AbilityOne Impasse Process, and information management flow processes.
Prior to her employment with the Committee, Briscoe worked as an Auditor with the Department of Veteran’s Administration, Defense Contract Audit Agency, Federal Elections Commission, and the Internal Revenue Service. She has over 10 years experience in the nonprofit environment and at one time served as an Executive Director for a nonprofit agency.
Briscoe holds a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) degree from the University of Central Michigan. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland and while serving in the United States Air Force, Patricia earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Data Processing.
