We suggest you read these hints completely before starting, or
you can print them for reference.
Both the Products List and the Services List are available in Microsoft
Access and Excel formats or in a comma-delimited file that should
be able to be imported into most spreadsheet or database software
programs. Each of the download files is in zipped
format. The date and zipped size of each list is shown in the table
below.
To download, click on the icon of the list and format you want.
Depending on your browser, you might be given the choice of opening
an application, or saving the file to disk. If so, select "save
to disk", and when asked for the location, select where you
would like the file to be saved. You will need to note where the
file is saved so you can come back to the same location later.
After the file is downloaded, point Windows Explorer (File Manager)
to the location where you saved the file. Double click on the filename
(subdb.zip or suptxt.zip), to start extracting the files. You will
be prompted to confirm the directory where the files will be unzipped,
e.g. c:\windows\temp. You may change this to another directory
where you want the files to be placed after unzipping. Write down
this directory so you can find the files later. Open the expanded
file using Microsoft Access or Excel.
