Applicability of the Javits-Wagner-O'Day (JWOD) Act

Provides guidance on the jurisdiction of the Javits-Wagner-O'Day (JWOD) Act for Federal entities.

Guidance Memo - CNA fee ceiling as of October 1, 2010

The ceiling is applicable to all FY 2011 additions, renegotiated contracts other than those with predetermined annual price change provisions, and contracts with follow-on year pricing that provide for adjustments to reflect a fee ceiling change.

NISH: 3.85%
NIB: 3.90%
